In accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 and, in particular, Article 13 “Information to Data Subjects”, INAZ Srl, a single-member company, with registered office at Viale Monza 268, 20128 Milan, as the Data Controller, wishes to inform you that:

1. The personal data you provide in the context of the purposes communicated during the collection stage is processed in accordance with the aforementioned legislative decree and the privacy obligations contained in it.

2. The data is processed for institutional purposes, related or instrumental to our company’s activity such as archiving, processing, billing, management of any relationship.

3. To communicate information on future commercial initiatives and advertise new products, services and offers from INAZ Srl. Communications will also be sent by third parties belonging to INAZ’s sales and technical support network; they are therefore appointed as external data processors. 4. The personal data is strictly necessary so that we can carry out the purposes communicated when it was collected.

5. This data will be stored in our database and saved in such a way that only those appointed by INAZ Srl to be in charge of the processing have access to it.

7. The data you provide is not disseminated or communicated;

8. The data is processed using electronic instruments capable of ensuring its security and confidentiality in accordance with the minimum security measures specified in Annex B of Legislative Decree 196/03, the applicable provisions issued by the Data Protection Authority and the company’s Privacy Policy (formerly the Data Security Planning Programme) deposited at INAZ’s registered office.

9. You may exercise your rights (confirmation, erasure, update, correction, integration, anonymisation, blocking, objection to processing) with regard to the Data Controller, pursuant to Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, at any time, by contacting the Data Processor by the following means:

Below is the text of Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03: Art. 7 (Right to access personal data and other rights)

Riportiamo di seguito l'estratto dell'articolo 7 D.Lgs. 196/03: Art. 7 (Diritto di accesso ai dati personali ed altri diritti)

1. A data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her exists, regardless of it being already recorded, and communication of this data in intelligible form.

2. A data subject shall have the right to be informed:
a) Of the source of the personal data;
b) Of the purposes and methods of the processing;
c) Of the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means;
d) Of the identification data concerning data controller, data processors and the representative designated as per Article 5 (2);
e) Of the entities or categories of entities to whom or which the personal data may be communicated and who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative in the state’s territory, data processors or persons in charge of the processing.

3. A data subject shall have the right to obtain:
a) Updating, rectification or, where interested therein, integration of the data;
b) Erasure, anonymisation or blocking of data that has been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which it has been collected or subsequently processed;
c) Certification to the effect that the operations as per a) and b) have been notified, as also related to its contents, to the entities to whom or which the data was communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right to be protected.

4. A data subject shall have the right to object, in full or in part:
a) On legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him or her, even if it is relevant to the purpose of the collection;
b) To the processing of personal data concerning him or her, where it is carried out for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or else for the performance of market or commercial communication surveys.
