COOKIE POLICY

Definitions, characteristics and applications of the regulations:

Cookies are small text files that the sites visited by users send to and save on their computer or mobile device and are then retransmitted to the same sites on subsequent visits.

If you use our website, you consent to cookies being used and stored on your device. Most browsers are configured to accept cookies automatically.

There are various types of cookies, with different characteristics and functions and they can remain in the user’s computer or mobile device for different periods of time: session cookies are automatically deleted when the browser is closed; persistent cookies remain in the user’s machine until a specified expiry date. Under current regulations in Italy, in some case the user needs to give explicit consent to the use of cookies.

The INAZ website uses the following cookies:

Technical browsing or session cookies, which are strictly necessary for the website to operate or to allow users to use the content and services requested (explicit consent is not required for their use)

Technical analytics cookies, which are used to collect data about users’ use of the website. No information about users’ identity or personal data is collected with these cookies. The information is processed in aggregate and anonymous form.

Third-party cookies, i.e. cookies from websites or web servers other than the Data Controller’s, used for these third parties’ own purposes, including profiling cookies.
For third-party cookies, users must refer directly to the methods for selecting and deselecting the various cookies, published in the information for users provided on the respective websites, as specified in the General Provision identifying simplified methods for giving information and acquiring consent for the use of cookies – 8 May 2014.

You can avoid cookies being automatically saved on your device by selecting the option “do not accept cookies” from the proposed settings. You can also delete at any time any cookies already present on your device. For more information on how to do this, refer to the instructions on your browser or device. However, if you choose not to accept technical cookies from your browser, this may limit the functionality of our site. To refuse consent, there is an opt-out cookie in your browser. This cookie is used exclusively to record your refusal of consent. Please note that for technical reasons an opt-out can be applied only to the browser that it was set up by. If you delete cookies or use another browser or another device for browsing, you will have to perform the opt-out procedure again.

INAZ also uses “social plugins” (referred to hereinafter as buttons) for the social networks listed on the home page. During visits to our website, these buttons do not send data without the user’s direct intervention.

Settings related to cookies

Users can decide below and indicate specifically which cookies to authorise.

Users should note that if they do not authorise technical cookies they might not be able to use all the site functionality, view its content and use its services.

Not authorising other cookies (analytics or profiling) will not affect how the site works.

Users can block or cancel cookies (fully or partially) using the their own browser’s specific functions as well as via this procedure.

Users’ choices regarding the site cookies will be recorded in turn in specific cookies. However, in some circumstances, such cookies might not work properly: in such cases, users should also cancel cookies that they do not want and disable their use through their own browser’s functionality.

Users’ preferences regarding cookies will be reset if they use other devices or browsers to access the site.
