Inaz has made sustainability a fundamental pillar of its corporate identity, adopting responsible practices in every area of its operations. This is not an isolated initiative, but a guiding principle behind every strategic decision, driven by the awareness that every action has an impact on both the environment and society.
Inaz has made sustainability a fundamental pillar of its corporate identity, adopting responsible practices in every area of its operations. This is not an isolated initiative, but a guiding principle behind every strategic decision, driven by the awareness that every action has an impact on both the environment and society.
Inaz’s approach to business is reflected in the active and responsible role it plays within the business community and society as a whole. We collaborate with universities and business associations to promote a culture of enterprise and to support the education and entry of young talent into the world of work. In particular, Inaz supported the establishment of the AIDAF-EY Chair in Family Business Strategy in memory of Alberto Falck at Bocconi University in Milan.
At the Lamaro Pozzani University College of the Cavalieri del Lavoro in Rome, Inaz funds scholarships and sponsors the business culture course “Valerio e Clara Gilli”.
Furthermore, through the Inaz Academy, we offer training opportunities to young people beginning their careers. We also publish the Piccola Biblioteca d’Impresa Inaz series to promote the values and culture of enterprise, and we support female micro-entrepreneurship initiatives.
Inaz promotes sustainability through an integrated approach that combines innovation, social responsibility, and environmental awareness. We adopt ethical business practices, reduce our environmental impact through efficient resource management policies, and support gender equality and female micro-entrepreneurship. Moreover, we take part in global initiatives such as the United Nations Global Compact, reaffirming our commitment to a fairer and more sustainable future.
At Inaz, the sustainability report represents a clear expression of our mission: to go beyond immediate profit and embrace regenerative and circular business models for the benefit of future generations. Every business decision is guided by an awareness of its environmental and social impact and reflects our long-term commitment.
Our commitment to the environment is translated into concrete actions aimed at reducing the ecological footprint of our activities. Our ISO 14001 certification is a testament to our determination to continuously improve our environmental performance by monitoring CO₂ emissions, reducing energy consumption, and promoting innovative solutions for the responsible management of resources.
We are committed to fostering a fair and inclusive working environment where everyone can express their talents without discrimination. We believe that embracing diversity is a strategic driver for both corporate and societal growth. That’s why we adopt active policies to ensure equal opportunities and the wellbeing of all our employees.
We have chosen to join the United Nations Global Compact, sharing its core principles of sustainability in the areas of human rights, labour standards, environmental protection, and anti-corruption. This commitment strengthens our determination to operate responsibly and contribute to a more ethical and sustainable economy.
Inaz has chosen to act as a donor company, financing selected projects run by Mani Tese that aim to support female entrepreneurship in the fields of agriculture and food production.
“Il Fattore Umano, lo Spirito del Lavoro” is a documentary film produced by Inaz, shown in numerous cinemas, broadcast on television, and still sparking conversations today. The Human Factor is a journey through Italian excellence—companies with diverse histories, sectors, and locations, yet all connected by an invisible thread: that of responsibility.
Keeping a close eye on how employment dynamics are changing, on new ways of organising people, and on innovative businesses. Drawing on decades of experience, Inaz has established the Business and Work Observatory, with the goal of providing useful tools to understand the current landscape and turn ideas into practical actions—helping people work better and businesses remain competitive.
