In compliance with Legislative Decree No. 24/2023 concerning the protection of individuals who report breaches of European Union law and national regulatory provisions, Inaz and Inaz Next have established a dedicated channel for the management of reports (so-called whistleblowing).
Reporting channels for unlawful conduct:
Reports may be submitted through the dedicated platform, which allows submission either in written form or via voice recording. The system ensures:
the confidentiality of the whistleblower’s identity and the content of the report;
the possibility of submitting the report anonymously;
the protection of the whistleblower against any form of retaliation, discrimination, or unjustified consequence.
