Inaz\u2019s approach to business is reflected in the active and responsible role it plays within the business community and society as a whole. We collaborate with universities and business associations to promote a culture of enterprise<\/strong> and to support the education and entry of young talent into the world of work<\/strong>. In particular, Inaz supported the establishment of the AIDAF-EY Chair in Family Business Strategy in memory of Alberto Falck at Bocconi University in Milan.<\/p>\n

At the Lamaro Pozzani University College of the Cavalieri del Lavoro in Rome, Inaz funds scholarships and sponsors the business culture course \u201cValerio e Clara Gilli\u201d.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, through the Inaz Academy<\/a><\/strong>, we offer training opportunities to young people beginning their careers.
